Can you sell books though IndieGoGo

Hi people, I very new to book publishing, and like to make my first book in my life, it is a origami book, I would like to get funding though indiegogo and i want to make some perks so people can buy though the perks.

Can I do that?

- also, I heard you can give your books to people in kindle KDP, can you do that in iBook and how many can I give? if I give people who select the perks, will this make the book as purchased in their account or it will display nothing in their purchase history?

- how about pricing? it is an origami books featuring 22 unique design by myself, will low price like USD $2.99 generate more buyer?

- how can I protect my content inside the book, should I copyright it? how? or because all the content is made by me, so it's automatically owned by me and I just need to put the (C) symbol?

- can I use third party app, like Pubcoder to make the book?
